WHAT TO EXPECT OVER YOUR 21 DAYS
Week 1: Rediscovering the Woman You Already Are
This week is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and rebuilding self trust by noticing who you already are.
On March 4th at 6pm, you’ll join a writing workshop with Katie Bebingh to reflect, gain clarity, and reconnect with your inner voice, no writing experience needed.
By the end of the week, you’ll feel more grounded, confident, and clear on how you want to show up, setting the foundation for the rest of the reset.
Week 2: Nutrition That Feels Good and Sustainable
This is the week where things start to feel easier.
You’ll shift away from ‘trying to eat right’ and focus on fuelling your body in a way that supports your energy, mood, and real life. No strict rules or pressure, just simple choices you can actually keep.
You’ll choose one nutrition habit that fits your routine, share ideas and recipes, and stop overthinking food. A guest nutrition session on March 18th at 6pm will bring clarity and make food feel supportive, not stressful.
By the end of the week, you’ll feel more confident and more in tune with what your body needs, without all or nothing thinking.
Week 3: Movement That Supports Your Body and Nervous System
This final week brings everything together.
You’ll focus on supportive movement, flexibility, mobility, and gentle myofascial release, to help you feel strong, grounded, and at ease.
👉 A tennis ball will is required for the myofascial release.
On March 25th at 6pm, you’ll join a flexibility and mobility session with Melanie Killens.
You’ll finish the reset feeling confident and clear on how movement fits into your life as a lasting foundation.
